- The Brand That is You – Social media, resumes, and networks. We’ll discuss best practices and self-assess so each participant understands the assets that will propel success and the opportunities that can be addressed.
- Destination Planning – We’ll look at career possibilities (including positioning yourself to survive cutbacks in your current company) and how to plan now to gain the experience and develop the capabilities needed down the road to be able to realize your vision.
- Networking – We’ll discuss how to turn your network into your greatest asset by focusing on quality grounded in value.
- Scenario Planning – When it’s time to pull the trigger, will you have a game plan? We’ll link your destination planning work to a checklist of the things you need to prepare so that you know exactly what steps you will need to take.
